I was looking for a stand mixer for a long time and only could find ones that were over $400. Found this one and decided to take a chance. I’ve used it several dozen times now and it shows no signs of stopping. Super great value for the price compared to other higher models. Comes with everything you need and my kids love making cakes with it.Thank you for this product; time cut down quickly for mixing ingredients for cakes & cookies. Not expensive and just in the brothers budget.My wife likes it and it is helping her with making the dough for the pizza and I do recommend itI dislike having to stop & start mixing constantly to mix all ingredients. There are pros and cons for every product you buy..and also for this one.Cons:Dough hook have a hard time gathering the dough because the bowl is so big. I have tried with different types of dough but always end up having to help the dough hook.The rotating selecting disc for speed came apart first time I used the machine. But I got it assembled again..I hope :-)One time the machine stopped working. After 10 min I could start it up again.Pros:Giant bowl .. never seen a bowl that big before :-).Super suction so the machine doesent move a bit!Lots and lots of power in this machineEasy to useAnd very very cheapConclusion: I have been usng a Kitchen Aid Classic for the last 10 years. But I became more and more annoyed at the little bowl I had.. Too small for my needs.. So I saw this machine and bought it for 169$.In my opinion it can handle most things for ordinary people. I would definitely advise my friends and acquaintances to buy the machine.. Just remember to read my comments about the Cons..if you can live with that..Buy it :-)Purchased this model basically for price, and to expand my baking capability.I use the stand mixer to make bread and sticky rolls. So far the mixer has worked well and handled kneading the dough without problems. Use has been a couple of times a week,The exterior cleans easily, the attachments are not dishwasher safe per documentation. However, simple to clean manually.The plastic mixing bowl’s lid whose purpose is to allow additional ingredients to be added to the bowl during use does not work. This item’s diameter is smaller than that of the bowl, and cannot be used. Not a deal breaker, more of an irritant.Somewhat noisy, but that is to be expected for the price paid . Suction cups hold the unit in place during use.My overall opinion is this unit is acceptable for a first time bread/roll baker with limited use. I am not sure how it would stand up to heavy, daily use.Stream line and easy to use
