I’m glad Amazon carries this bread. I used to purchase a very similar brand, identical in fact except for the name, from a major retailer, but in recent months its availability became more sporadic. So when I noticed this line of bread available on Amazon, it quickly became my go-to shelf-stable bread. I buy these snap-lid plastic cases that fit one loaf perfectly, so when I receive new packages of this bread ( I buy like 6-8 units at a time), each individual package of this bread soon goes into these snap-lid cases for easy storage and handling. This bread is viable for many months after purchase despite having no preservatives. Its the perfect bread when you have run out of fresh bread and won’t be running to the store for more any time soon. This is the best bread to stockpile in reserve, as it lasts literally for months. It toasts well – usually requires twice the normal time of regular bread in the toaster to get it to my preferred degree of done-ness. A great product!
