I like that this is vegan and it tastes sort of ok if you toast it. It’s also pretty good as vegan French toast. It’s also shelf stable for a good while until you cut open the inner plastic pouch, which is nice. That pouch doesn’t seem to be recyclable, though, which is a bummer. This bread does seem to last longer in the fridge than some other gf breads also. I generally have to put others in the freezer and pull out a few slices at a time or they go moldy before I have finished the loaf, but not so with this arid product. It’s also not as dense or crumbly as many other gf breads prepared without eggs, which is nice. Is it good? Not really, but for what it is it’s alright.
