The membrane is even clever enough to help prevent bread from becoming hard and stale when it's dry.
STORES ONE FULL LOAF OF BREAD BreadSmart Junior is the perfect size for holding one standard 800g loaf of bread. With a notched divider, you can ensure that all slices stay standing straight by moving the divider along each time you remove a slice. Alternatively, you can use the divider to keep different types of breads, pastries and other baked goods separate.

PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS The BreadSmart Junior is 32 x 16.5 x 15 cm and weighs 500g. To clean, simply wipe with a soft cloth. We do not recommend placing your BreadSmart inside the fridge as this will reduce effectiveness. This product is not safe to put in the freezer.
